Catalogs may be pre-ordered from this website only, using Visa or Mastercard.
Pre-ordered catalogs can be picked up at the National, at the catalog sales table, and will be available on the first day of catalog sales.
The cost of each catalog is $25.
Unmarked catalogs will be mailed only to those individuals not attending the National. If you are not attending , and wish to have the catalog mailed, add $5 per catalog to cover shipping and handling.
